These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BaselynOps website located at baselynops.com (the “Site”), operated by BaselynOps LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“BaselynOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the public website only. The Site is intended primarily for business and commercial users seeking information regarding BaselynOps services. Engagements for BaselynOps services are governed separately by a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable Statements of Work (SOWs).

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam through the Site
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site without prior written permission
  • Impersonate BaselynOps or any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or security testing against the Site or related infrastructure without prior written authorization

2. Informational Purposes Only

Content provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, cybersecurity, operational, or technical advice.

You are responsible for independently evaluating any information presented on the Site before relying on it for business or operational decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BaselynOps LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

BaselynOps’ total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only. BaselynOps does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Michigan.

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for users located within the United States.
